Sharing with people
The transmission of knowledge is one of the values I advocate. I have a lot of fun running textile art workshops and quilting classes, which are offered according to your needs and your level of knowledge at my studio or elsewhere. How about getting your friends together for a workshop?
Here are some ideas for classes offered, other techniques, and projects that can be requested.
Improvisation
Creation of a piece of textile art or quilt without a pattern, freely. We don’t know in advance what the artwork will be, we don’t have a model to follow. We give free rein to our imagination. No need to be always accurate. No calculation to do.

Paper piecing

Creating a pattern for paper piecing
Creation of our own pattern of textile art by assembling pieces on a paper foundation. Drawing and assembly. Pattern to follow, we know what we do and what we get. Requires precision and attention. This workshop includes the previous workshop.

Confetti
Creation of a piece of textile art by the technique of confetti. The motifs are painted with fabric confetti, taking care to create depth. Pattern to follow, we know what we do and what we get.

Free creation

I offer textile creation workshops in small groups of 2 to 3 people. No need for materials and equipment, everything is provided. This activity is intended to be a moment of exploration and freedom in creation, so there are no models, patterns or imposed techniques.
